LANDSCAPE MANAGER Job

We are a full-service grounds maintenance, landscaping and snow removal company. We have provided reliable and proper maintenance and snow removal for both residential and commercial customers since 1989. We also operate under the trade name Weedguys.
We seek an experienced and motivated Landscape Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities
Planning, organizing, and managing landscaping projects from start to finish.
Supervising and coordinating the activities of landscaping crews.
Preparing estimates, budgets, and schedules for landscaping projects.
Ensuring quality control and adherence to safety standards.
Managing procurement of materials and equipment.
Training and mentoring staff on landscaping techniques and safety practices.
Consulting with clients to determine landscaping needs and preferences.
Monitoring and maintaining landscaping equipment and tools.
Review the landscaping projects.

A college diploma, specialized courses or industry-related training and certification in landscaping is required.
Proven experience in landscaping or a related field, with management experience preferred.
Knowledge of landscaping techniques, tools, and materials.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Familiarity with local environmental and safety regulations.
A driver’s licence is required.
