Land Survey Expert (PLS) Job

We are seeking an experienced Land Survey Expert (Professional Land Surveyor - PLS) to lead and execute precise land surveying projects. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting boundary, topographic, and construction surveys while ensuring compliance with state regulations and industry standards. You will work closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to provide critical survey data for land development, infrastructure, and construction projects.

Minimum Qualifications:
✔ Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) certification – required.
✔ Strong proficiency in GPS, Total Stations, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and GIS software.
✔ Solid understanding of legal land descriptions, boundary laws, and zoning regulations.
✔ Ability to lead field teams and manage multiple projects efficiently.
✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
