Laborers and Freight, Stock, and Material Movers, Hand (commonly used for Warehouse Associate, Warehouse Worker, and Warehouse Operator roles) Job

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
Organize and store inventory in the correct locations.
Perform inventory counts and report stock discrepancies.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not required.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs (23 kg).
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
Basic math and computer skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
