SIGNIFICANT INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL

Global biotechnology company seeks an experienced Laboratory Automation - Field Service Engineer to maintain, repair, upgrade, and perform preventative maintenance on large fully automated Bioassay laboratory systems and testing platforms utilized in immuno-assay and clinical chemistry.

Responsibilities:

*** Provide proactive product support for assigned accounts to maintain optimal system performance.

*** Resolve hardware, software, and reagent issues. Develop recommendations and implement solutions to reflect customer requirements.

*** Prepare, schedule, and execute analyzer troubleshooting and repair training events for customers.

*** Coordinate orders, delivery, and billing of products and services.

*** Partner with Sales team to develop and implement account-specific lab strategies and participate in customer business reviews.

Requirements:

*** Associates degree.

*** 2+ years of Field Service experience with Laboratory Instrumentation or similar equipment.
