Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Labor & Employment Associate to join our client. The ideal candidate will have experience handling a broad range of employment litigation, including discrimination, wage/hour disputes, and class/collective actions. You will be considered for submission based on your experience level.
Qualifications:
•Juris Doctorate (JD) required
•Must be licensed to practice law in Colorado
•3–12 years of experience in employment law, litigation, or related practice areas
•Strong research, legal writing, and communication skills
•Experience with workplace counseling, policy development, or employment litigation is a plus
•Deposition, arbitration, and trial experience is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
•Represent employers in employment disputes and litigation
•Advise on employment policies and compliance
•Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare for hearings/trials
•Work independently in a fast-paced legal environment
Compensation & Benefits:
