HOURS OF EMPLOYMENT: 30 to 35 Hours/Week
WORK SETTING: Installation
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to coordinate installation schedules and address concerns
• Deliver excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with casework & equipment performance
• Read and interpret blueprints and assemble and install laboratory equipment according to provided instructions, specifications and safety standards
• Ensure the measures and marks are provided for proper placement and alignment of equipment for optimal functionality & safety.
• Test equipment & casework alignment to ensure proper operation/safety compliance and resolve any installation issues or technical problems
• Input, maintain, and verify information in a variety of database and spreadsheets.
• Prepare and maintain work materials and maintain records of installations, repairs and equipment specification

Job Requirements:
PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
• Secondary School graduation required.
• Minimum 5 to 7 months of experience is preferred
• Ability to handle upto 23kg (50 lbs)
• Valid driver’s licence is an asset and Steel-toed safety boots required
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented multi-tasking environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and high level of confidentiality, integrity, ethics and professionalism
• Ability to work independently, flexible, good time management, organizational, good team work and Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills
