Responsibilities
Oversee daily kitchen production and workflow
Train and develop kitchen staff
Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving
Maintain food safety and sanitation compliance
Monitor food quality and consistency
Support scheduling and operational efficiency

Requirements
2+ years of kitchen supervisory or lead cook experience
High-volume kitchen experience preferred
Knowledge of inventory and food cost controls
Strong leadership and communication skills
