Position Info:
• Position: Restaurant Manager

• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
• Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service delivery and consistent quality standards
• Monitor financial performance, including revenues and labour costs, to support profitability and cost control
• Develop and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage across all operating hours
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff to maintain high performance and service excellence
• Evaluate employee performance and conduct regular performance reviews to support staff development
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and applicable regulatory requirements in all areas of operation
• Manage inventory levels and coordinate ordering of food, beverages, and supplies to maintain operational efficiency
• Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner to enhance customer satisfaction

Job requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the food service sector is required.
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
• Language: English
