Working schedule: Tuesday to Saturday 4pm to 10pm

List of duties:
• Oversee kitchen operations;
• Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served;
• Check quality of ingredients;
• Supervising food prep and cooking;
• Checking food plating and temperature;
• Price menu items in collaboration with the Restaurant Manager and Chef.
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of kitchen staff;
• Estimate and order ingredients, equipment’s, and supplies required for meal preparation;
• Prepare food order summaries for chef according to requests from dieticians, customers and high-profile customers;
• Establish work schedules and procedures;
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage;
• Train staff in job duties, and sanitation and safety procedures;
• Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards;
• Participate in the selection of food service staff;
• Assist in the development of policies, procedures and budgets;
• Manage events;
• May plan restaurant’s food and drink menus and determine related food and labour costs.

Minimum requirements:
• Proven related working experience.
• English language requirement
• High School Education
