Permanent Position: Kitchen Manager

Main Location: R1 - 5000 Canoe Pass Way Tsawwassen, BC V4M 0B3.
Wage rate: $75,000 /yearly for 37.5 hours per week
Benefits: Relocation expenses and medical insurance for first 3 months covered by the employer (if required). Free meal during working hours.
Education: High School is required
Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
Language: English.
Job Duties:
• Hire, train, and schedule cooks and kitchen workers.
• Adjust recipes and ingredients based on availability and cost.
• Ensure quality, presentation, and portion control and maintain consistency in recipes and plating.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
• Ensure equipment is clean and functioning properly.
• Update the inventories for food and other supplies.
Work Availability: The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day or evening or on weekends, if required.
