Job Description:
We are hiring a Kitchen Manager / Kitchen Chef to lead daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This role requires strong leadership, excellent kitchen knowledge, and the ability to maintain high food quality standards. Immediate start preferred.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise kitchen staff during all shifts
Coordinate food preparation, cooking, and plating
Maintain kitchen organization, safety, and cleanliness standards
Manage inventory, ordering, and daily prep
Train and support team members as needed
Ensure food quality and consistency at all times
Requirements:
Previous experience as a kitchen manager, chef, or senior cook
Ability to lead and support a team in a busy environment
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Must live within commuting distance of Manalapan, NJ
Flexible availability (days, evenings, weekends)
