Kitchen Helper Job

· Wash and peel vegetables and fruit.

· Wash work tables, cupboards and appliances.

· Sanitize and wash dishes and other items by hand.

· Clean and sanitize kitchen areas and equipment.

· Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation.

· Portion and wrap foods.

· Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas.

· Stock refrigerators and storage areas.

· Receive, unpack and store food and supplies.

· Remove kitchen garbage and waste.

Start Date: As soon as possible

Salary: $17.00/hr

Education Requirements: Completion of secondary school, Safe Food Handling Certificate

Experience; Must have at least 6 months of most recent, verifiable work experience in a fast-paced restaurant
