Employment type: Full-time, permanent
Hourly wage: $18.25/hr
Weekly hours: 40
Location of work: Victoria, BC
Work schedule: 5 days per week including weekends. Shifts may vary from week to week

Responsibilities
-Wash, peel, cut, and prepare vegetables, fruits, and other basic food ingredients.
-Assist with portioning, packaging, and arranging prepared food items.
-Wash dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other kitchen equipment.
-Clean and sanitize kitchen work areas, counters, sinks, equipment, and storage areas.
-Sweep and mop kitchen floors and maintain general cleanliness of the kitchen.
-Receive, unpack, and store food supplies and kitchen products in designated storage areas.
-Stock refrigerators, freezers, shelves, and preparation stations with food and supplies.
-Remove garbage, recycling, and food waste and maintain waste disposal areas.
-Perform other routine kitchen support and cleaning duties as assigned by kitchen staff.
