Rd Cap Inc. O/A Beaux Daddy’s has immediate opening for Kitchen Helper (TEER: 65201), at our location in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
As a Kitchen Helpers (TEER 5: 65201), you will perform some or all of the following duties:
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit.
• Wash, clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, equipment and appliances.
• Handle and store cleaning products.
• Remove and clean up trash and kitchen garbage.
• Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas.
• Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.
• Perform other duties to assist cook and kitchen staff.
• Deliver and pick up food trays.
• Helping cooks make ethnic Indian meals (north Indian and Punjabi foods) by washing, chopping, peeling, and slicing ingredients.
• Must have knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients and Indian cuisine.
Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• On-the Job training will be provided.
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (32 hours/week)
Compensation: CA$ 25 /hour
