• High School Education is required.

Experience:
• Experience is an asset, however, on the job training will be provided to unexperienced candidates.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Wash, peel and cut fruits and other food ingredients used in the preparation of shakes, smoothies and simple food items.
• Clean and sanitize work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and kitchen equipment.
• Receive, unpack and store food supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other designated storage areas.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash and maintain clean and orderly garbage containers.
• Sweep and mop kitchen and food preparation areas and perform other cleaning duties to assist cooks and kitchen staff.
