– Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items,
– Use manual and electrical appliances to clean, peel, slice, and trim foodstuffs
– Portion and wrap foods, Package take-out food, Stock refrigerators and salad bars
– Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruit, Clean and sanitize the kitchen including work surfaces,
cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
– Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage
areas

This is a permanent full-time position with 30-40 hours per week.

Some of the job duties will be:

• Supervise, co-ordinate, and facilitate the working of food service attendants.
• Establish ways to meet the work schedule.
• Handle and solve customer complaints or workplace problems efficiently.
• Manage the inventory and stocks used in preparation.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety at work as per health and safety guidelines.
