Job Description:
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Taking precise measurements, evaluating the existing structure, and identifying any potential challenges or obstacles that may affect during the installation processing;
• Reading the installation manual or work order specifications to determine layout and installation procedures;
• Installation, repairing, and service of interior pre-made products in residential such as doors, windows, kitchen cupboards, countertops, bathroom vanities;
• Using a variety of installation techniques to repair, install, or services such as the residential pre-made siding, shutters, decks, curtains, etc.;
• Cleaning up the work area, removing any debris or waste materials, and performing a final inspection to ensure that the products are installed correctly, meet quality standards, and satisfy the customer’s expectations;
• Guiding maintenance and care to customers after installation.
Qualifications or Requirements:
• At least post-secondary education is required;
• Practical experience in countertop, cabinet, residential door, window installation, and renovation or a relevant field will be a plus;
• At least one year of experience in residential installation, such as kitchen installation, window and door installation, etc.;
• Willingness to travel for on-site installation and flexibility to perform on-site work;
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment;
• Strong attention to detail and precision;
• A driver’s license is required;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Able to work independently;
• Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment;
• Able to lift 50 lbs.;
• Commitment to deliver high-quality workmanship.
