Salary Offered: $129563.00
Generate Scientific, technical and application materials. • Design and deliver internal scientific studies. • Write technical material such as scientific publications, application notes, and any other written material to support marketing. • Present at scientific conferences and exhibitions. • Support customers on instrumentation applications, including training, general guidance advice on methods, data analysis, either on-line or during face-to-face visits. • Responsible for educational and technical events: organizing, setting agenda, and generating some of the event content. • Participate in the NPD programme. • At the idea generation phase by scoping and defining user/market requirements and assessing freedom to operate • At the prototype testing phase by defining and executing testing plan • Produce application material for product launches and beyond. • Take part in company-wide documentation effort: method protocols, instrumentation manuals, technical brochures, etc. • Involvement in academic projects with industry in hair related topics would is required. • Comprehensive experience in hair testing and in laboratory environments are required. • A comprehensive understanding of all evaluation techniques for hair testing (mechanical, optical, analytical etc.) and of statistics is imperative. • Leveraging his/her hair scientific expertise and knowledge, the candidate will raise the technical credibility and reach of the company to drive development within the company. • Engaging with customers and distributors on a technical level to increase market penetration. • Grow the scientific knowledge of the company, underpinning Bossa Nova Visions reputation and credibility, in hair science. • Introduce new and market relevant testing methods. • Scout and seek new applications for Bossa Nova Vision instrumentation range.
