• Position: Guest Services Manager

• Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30~40 hours/week

Benefits:

Job Duties:
• Create and execute guidelines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
• Conduct training sessions and staff performance review
• Schedule and monitor maintenance work to ensure proper facility upkeep
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Hire, supervise, and establish work shifts of front desk clerks
• Monitor and uphold adherence to company rules and protocols
Job requirements:
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in the accommodation industry is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
