Salary: $37.00 hourly for 40 hours per week

Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate in English orally and in writing is required;
- Completion of secondary (high) school graduation is required;
- 3 years to less than 5 years of commercial cooking experience including preparing multi-course Kaiseki cuisine in an upscale Japanese restaurant.

Job Duties:
- Prepare and present Omakase Menu such as Sazkizuke, Zensai, Sushi, Sashimi, Wanmono, and Homemade Dessert;
- Prepare, cook, and present a la carte dishes such as Grilled Miso flavor Black Cod, Simmered Beef Tongue, Deep-fried Soft Shell Crab with Ponzu Sauce, and Deep-fried Homemade Tofu in Broth;
- Prepare, cook, and present A4 Wagyu, Hida Gyu, and Donburi dishes;
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies;
- Instruct and train staff in preparation, cooking, garnishing, and presentation of food, as well as handling of food;
- Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances upon request;
- Plan and create new menus;
- Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff.
