Job Description:
- Develop and maintain production project information in Sage 50 and Donghee DIIS systems to control finance and accounting processes.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for the company, adhering to financial standards such as K-IFRS, IFRS, and GAAP.
- Coordinate K-IFRS treatments for inventory status, intangible assets, financial contingencies, revenue recognition, and consolidated financial statements.
- Ensure that the company's financial activities are aligned with Donghee America’s financial plans, internal accounting policies, and conversion procedures.
- Maintain and review corporate assets, liabilities, profit and loss statements, tax liabilities, and other financial records.
- Prepare and organize the company’s accounting reports, financial statements, business operation reports, and manufacturing cost reports to analyze the accuracy and completeness of financial conversions.
- Ensure compliance with reporting standards and address any discrepancies in reporting to the parent company.
- Analyze and recommend improvements for Donghee DIIS to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage overall financial reporting and accounting for Donghee America to support effective business planning and decision-making through Sage 50 and Donghee DIIS.
- Compute tax owed, prepare tax returns, and analyze foreign tax payment credits under K-IFRS and IFRS from the perspective of the parent company.
- Ensure accounting records are accurate and complete under K-IFRS, IFRS, and GAAP standards.
- Integrate business processes with various financial functions to facilitate communication, information sharing, and increased productivity.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for the company, adhering to financial standards such as K-IFRS, IFRS, and GAAP.

Job Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in finance and accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Strong understanding of K-IFRS, IFRS, and GAAP accounting standards and practical experience in financial reporting.
- Experience with Sage 50 or similar financial accounting systems.
- SAP experience is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
