Web & Landing Page Design
• Design responsive landing pages, promotional content, and exercise library pages that encourage app downloads and subscriptions.
• Create clear layouts, navigation, and calls to action that help visitors find what they need.
• Consider accessibility and consistency across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
Mobile App Design
• Help design user-friendly screens for onboarding, workout building, calendars, and progress tracking.
• Create wireframes and simple interactive prototypes to explore ideas before development.
Design Consistency & Handoff
• Help maintain shared design components, styles, and visual assets.
• Prepare organized design files and communicate how designs should look and behave to developers.
Collaboration & Improvement
• Work closely with the Senior Web Designer to develop ideas, incorporate feedback, and refine designs.
• Collaborate with marketing and development to balance user needs and business goals.
• Use feedback and available performance insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
What We’re Looking For
• Design fundamentals: A good understanding of typography, colour, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Work samples: A portfolio or selected projects showing your visual design skills and approach to solving problems. School, personal, freelance, and internship projects are welcome.
• Familiarity with design tools: Some experience using digital design software to create layouts, wireframes, or prototypes.
• User-focused thinking: An interest in making websites and apps intuitive, accessible, and enjoyable to use.
• Communication and curiosity: A willingness to explain your ideas, ask questions, learn, and respond to feedback.
