Junior Sales Manager Job

About the Role

The Junior Sales Manager is responsible for identifying potential customers, building relationships with clients, and supporting the company’s sales objectives. This role is ideal for someone starting their career in sales who is motivated, customer-oriented, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

* Identify and contact potential customers through calls, emails, and networking.
* Present the company’s products or services to prospective clients.
* Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
* Follow up on leads and customer inquiries.
* Update customer information in the CRM system.
* Work closely with the marketing and sales teams.
* Meet individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

Requirements

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
* Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM software.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Previous sales experience is an advantage but not required.
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
