Required Skills & Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in systems analysis and application development.
Strong experience with C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, ASP.NET MVC.
Experience with data conversion, ETL, and data migration projects.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture and messaging concepts.
Experience in API design and development using REST and Swagger/OpenAPI.
Strong understanding of Data Modeling, UML, and object-oriented design principles.
Experience with SQL, relational database design, and query optimization.
Familiarity with software development methodologies such as Agile/Scrum.
Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with Justice, Criminal Justice, Public Safety, or Government systems.
Knowledge of Spring Framework or Java-based development.
Experience with version control systems such as Git or Azure DevOps.
Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure or AWS) is a plus.
CGIS Certification or eligibility to obtain one is highly desirable.
