About the Role
We are building an IT outsourcing business that connects companies with software development opportunities.
We are looking for motivated individuals in Latin America who can provide their own professional resume and relevant online professional profiles or accounts, help us identify other developers, and support our efforts to find software development projects.
This role is suitable for fresh graduates and junior professionals. Advanced programming skills are not required.
Responsibilities
1. Provide Your Own Resume and Professional Accounts
Submit your own accurate, up-to-date resume and professional profile.
Identify the professional platforms and accounts you currently use for finding software development opportunities.
Provide information about your skills, experience, projects, and availability.
Participate in relevant opportunities that match your background and agreed availability.
2. Find Other Developers
Find developers with skills in React, Python, PHP, Java, Node.js, DevOps, and other technologies.
Focus on fresh graduates and developers with 0–2 years of experience.
Collect resumes and professional profiles with appropriate permission.
Help build and maintain a database of developer profiles.
3. Find Jobs and Support Bidding
Research freelance projects and software development contracts.
Identify suitable opportunities based on project requirements and available developer profiles.
Help prepare proposals and track applications.
Support efforts to identify and win relevant projects.
4. Support Business Development
Research potential clients that need software development services.
Identify relevant companies and business opportunities.
Help generate leads and support client acquisition.
Requirements
A genuine resume and relevant professional profile.
Familiarity with professional networking platforms or freelance marketplaces is preferred.
Basic English communication skills.
Good research and organizational skills.
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn.
No advanced programming knowledge required.
Fresh graduates and candidates with 0–2 years of experience are welcome.
Compensation Structure
Compensation will be agreed upon in writing and may include:
Initial contribution: $100–$150 for specifically agreed profile or setup work, subject to verification and approval.
Developer sourcing: $50 per qualified developer referred.
Project profit-sharing: Eligible developers may receive 10–20% of net project profit under a separate written agreement.
Additional incentives: Potential performance-based rewards for successfully securing client projects.
