• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $36.00-$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-44 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1

Job Duties:
• Plan, organize, and coordinate staff schedules and daily workflows.
• Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff to maintain high performance standards.
• Monitor staff performance and conduct regular performance reviews.
• Manage customer service, addressing complaints or concerns promptly and professionally.
• Negotiate with suppliers for food, beverages, and other restaurant supplies.
• Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring stock levels meet operational requirements.
• Enforce compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Coordinate and manage events, and special functions as needed.
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3-5 years of supervisory experience in food service sector is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
