What You'll Do

As a Red Seal Journeyman Automotive Technician at Hansen Ford Lincoln, you'll be a key part of delivering the exceptional service our customers count on. Your day-to-day will include performing maintenance, warranty, and repair work on customer and dealership vehicles, diagnosing issues accurately and efficiently, and helping keep the shop's tools, equipment, and work areas organized and in proper working order. You'll work alongside a team that supports each other and takes pride in getting the job done right the first time.

What You Bring

A valid driver's licence, an exceptional mechanical aptitude and strong diagnostic expertise. You've got a mindset centered on doing it right the first time and constantly enhancing your skills. You thrive in a collaborative team environment but are efficient when working independently.

Compensation

?We offer top wages for skilled technicians, plus a signing bonus for qualified hires.

$37.00 – $50.00 per flat rate hour (flagged), commensurate with skills, certifications, and experience. This position is compensated on an automotive flat rate basis, where pay is calculated on flagged hours earned per repair order completed.

Regardless of flagged hours produced in a given day, the employer guarantees a minimum daily wage equivalent to eight (8) hours at the applicable flat rate, ensuring earnings of no less than $296.00 per day / $1,480.00 per week based on the minimum rate.

The flat rate is subject to increase based on the acquisition of additional skills, training, or certifications that expand the scope of work performed. We offer clear opportunities for advancement within the pay structure as your capabilities grow.
