The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for various positions. This role requires a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies, and the ability to engage with candidates effectively. The Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates.
Utilize various platforms, including U-attend and Bullhorn to manage the recruitment process efficiently.
Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications and fit for the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and create compelling job descriptions.
Stay updated on employment labor laws and best practices in recruiting.
Participate in recruitment initiatives to build relationships with potential candidates.
Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment metrics.
Visit client sites, conduct weekly walk throughs, and check ins as needed.
Must posses a current valid driver license.
Skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft programs such as google docs, word, and excel.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems such as Bullhorn and U-attend.
Experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing diverse candidates.
Familiarity with employment labor laws and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
