Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our team and collaborate directly with our US-based clients. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for leading technical discussions, explaining solutions clearly, and working in real-time with clients to ensure project success.
This is a client-facing role, so native-level English communication skills (both spoken and written) are required. You will need to be comfortable explaining complex technical concepts in simple terms and conducting regular calls with clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with US-based clients to understand their technical needs and provide solutions.
• Lead technical discussions with clients and freelance developers, offering clear explanations and guidance.
• Work on ongoing projects and contribute to the development of scalable web applications.
• Handle API development, database management, and integrate cloud services (AWS or Azure).
• Maintain a high level of communication throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clients are updated regularly on progress.

Qualifications:
• 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Proficiency with JavaScript (React, Node.js), Python (Django, FastAPI), or .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core).
• Experience in building and maintaining scalable web applications.
• Strong understanding of APIs, databases, and cloud services (AWS or Azure).
• Comfortable working directly with clients, especially in a US-based environment.
• Native-level English proficiency (both spoken and written) is a must.
• Comfortable leading calls and explaining technical solutions in simple terms.
• Available to work during Eastern Standard Time (EST) business hours.
• Must have reliable internet for video calls and meetings.
