Job Title: Rental Property Listing Assistant

Job Description:?I am looking for a reliable and detail-oriented person to help list my rental properties on online platforms. The ideal candidate will assist with creating attractive listings, uploading property details, managing photos, and ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities:
* Create and post rental property listings on various online platforms
* Write clear and appealing property descriptions
* Upload and organize property photos and details
* Update listings as needed (pricing, availability, features, etc.)
* Respond to basic online inquiries or forward messages when required
* Ensure listings remain active, accurate, and competitive
Requirements:
* Basic computer and internet skills
* Good written communication skills
* Attention to detail and organization
* Experience with online marketplaces or real estate listings is a plus
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Work Type:
* Part-time / Remote (flexible hours)
Pay:
* $50 – $75 per hour (depending on experience)
* Weekly-$580 (depending on experience)
