We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Job Captain to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project coordination, with the ability to manage project documentation and support the Project Architect. Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Architect in developing design concepts and preparing construction documents.
Coordinate and manage the production of detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and other project documentation.
Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant standards.
Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to address project requirements and resolve issues.
Conduct site visits and field measurements to ensure accuracy of design documentation.
Review and process submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs during the construction phase.
Maintain project schedules and track milestones to ensure timely delivery.
Support the Project Architect in client meetings, presentations, and design reviews.
Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in an architectural firm.
Strong design and technical skills, with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant software.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and multiple projects simultaneously.
Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Professional licensure or working towards licensure is preferred.
