Jenny House Hair Salon is seeking Full-Time Hairstylists
Position Info:
• Position: Hairstylist
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 2
• Work Location: 5-10180 153 Street, Surrey, BC V3R 0B5
Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay
Job Duties:
• Propose hairstyles to customers based on their physical appearance or instructions
• Examine hair and scalp condition and provide basic hair treatment
• Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
• Apply bleach, tints, dyes, or rinses to colour hair
• Shampoo, rinse hair, and provide extra hair product if necessary
• Monitor inventory to prevent any supply shortage
• Supervise the activities of hairstylist apprentices in training
• Apply hair extensions
Job requirements:
• Experience: 2~3 years of experience as a hairstylist are required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
