Janitorial Services Manager Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Janitorial Services Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure client satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate daily janitorial operations across multiple sites

Develop and implement company cleaning policies, procedures, and quality standards

Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate janitorial staff performance

Assign and schedule work shifts and monitor work progress

Prepare and manage budgets, control inventory, and order cleaning supplies and equipment

Resolve customer complaints and ensure high standards of service are maintained

Conduct site inspections to ensure health and safety compliance

Prepare performance reports and operational documentation for management

Liaise with clients to maintain positive relationships and secure service contracts

Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required; a diploma or certificate in business management or related field is an asset

Minimum 1 years of progressive experience in janitorial services, with at least 6 months in a supervisory or management role

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Ability to manage multiple locations and staff teams

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office and scheduling software

Reliable transportation preferred
