RJS Building Maintenance Ltd., a well-established janitorial company located at 2099 Sovereign Crt, Kamloops BC V2E 2M1 has an immediate vacancy for a Janitorial Service Manager.
Job Title: Janitorial Service Manager
Number of Vacancies: 1
Location of work: 2099 Sovereign Crt, Kamloops BC V2E 2M1, Job requires on-site at various job sites
within Kamloops and Sun peaks
Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $36.60/ hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/ 40 hours per week.
Key duties:
. Lead and coordinate day-to-day operations janitorial and cleaning services, ensuring high-quality
standards are consistently maintained.
. Develop and enforce cleaning protocols, safety procedures, and operational policies.
. Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and maintain inventory to ensure resources are well-utilized.
. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, or complaints, providing timely and effective solutions.
. Coordinate contracts, service agreements, and any external vendors or suppliers.
. Plan and oversee marketing, promotions, and community outreach initiatives to enhance visibility
and growth.
. Recruit, train, and supervise cleaning staff, providing guidance and support to enhance performance and teamwork.
. Conduct regular inspections and performance evaluations, recommending improvements to maintain service excellence.
Job Requirements:
. Education: Completion of Secondary School
. Experience: 1-3 years of experience in the related field.
. Language: English
