RJS Building Maintenance Ltd., a well-established janitorial company located at 2099 Sovereign Crt, Kamloops BC V2E 2M1 has an immediate vacancy for a Janitor Supervisor.

Location of work: 2099 Sovereign Crt, Kamloops BC V2E 2M1, The Job requires on-site at various job sites
within Kamloops and Sunpeaks
Job Type: Full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week.
Compensation: $27.50/ hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 8 hours per day/ 40 hours per week.

Key duties:

. Supervise and coordinate the work of janitors
. Plan and prepare work schedules and coordinate work activities
. Inspect and evaluate the physical condition of facilities to determine the type of work required.
. Assign janitors for cleaning services to private and commercial clients
. Inspect work performed to ensure that it meets the specifications and established standards.
. Prepare estimations and evaluate the process
. Communicate with customers to meet their needs and ensure 100% customer
satisfaction
. Ensure adequate inventory levels of cleaning supplies and ensure the proper maintenance of all cleaning equipment
. Assist with cleaning duties as necessary
. Recommend and arrange for additional cleaning and maintenance services
. Hire and train cleaning staff and teach the process of cleaning in all establishments
. Responsible for proper safety practices

Job Requirements:

. Education: Completion of Secondary School
. Experience: 1 year of experience in the related field.
. Language: English
