Job Description:
RJS Building Maintenance Ltd., a well-established janitorial company located at 2099 Sovereign Crt, Kamloops BC V2E 2M1 has immediate vacancies for 3 Janitors.
Job Title: Janitors
Number of Vacancies: 3
Location of work: 2099 Sovereign Crt, Kamloops BC V2E 2M1, Job requires on-site at various job sites within Kamloops and Sun peaks
Job Type: Full time, permanent position with 40 hours per week.
Compensation: $34.62/ hour. Overtime at the rate of 1.5 times after 40 hours per week.
Benefits: As per BC employment standards.
Key duties:
• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc);
• Wash and/or clean windows, interior walls and ceilings;
• Service, clean, disinfect and supply Washrooms;
• Collect and dispose of trash cans and other waste containers;
• Remove snow from sidewalks, driveways and parking areas;
• Make adjustments and minor repairs on job sites;
• Notify supervisor concerning the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems.
• Follow all health and safety regulations
Job Requirements:
• Education: Completion of Secondary School
• Experience: No experience required. On the job training will be provided
• Language: Basic English
• Work Condition: The job requires to work for day or night shifts.
