Job Duties:
• Direct and control daily operations of the salon
• Plan and control operational budget and inventory
• Evaluate staff performance and daily operations
• Establish or implement company policies and work procedures
• Handle negotiation and management of contracts for advertising or marketing
• Manage and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
• Recruit and train new staff
Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 2~3 years of experience in the service being offered is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
