Position Info:
• Position: Restaurant Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $37.00/hour
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 260 4 Ave, Kamloops, BC V2C 3N5

Job Duties:
• Lead and oversee all aspects of daily restaurant operations
• Establish and execute internal business policies
• Coordinate and maintain employee work shifts
• Oversee stock levels and track earnings while improving workflows
• Recruit and mentor new team members
• Address and settle guest concerns or feedback
• Maintain strict health and safety standards across the entire facility
• Negotiate and manage vendor relationships for food and equipment

Job requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 3~5 years of related experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
