Position Info:

• Position: User Experience Designer
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $34.62~$36.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 269 Lone Oak Place, Victoria, BC V9B 0X3

Job Duties:

• Create the user interface elements to enhance user experience
• Estimate time and resources required to complete tasks and plan accordingly
• Conduct usability testing and modify or enhance existing user interfaces to improve usability and accessibility
• Prepare sketches and interaction designs to communicate design ideas
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure design solutions meet user needs

Job requirements:

• Language: English
• Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience is required
• Education: A university degree in visual arts with specialization in graphic design, commercial art, graphic communications or cartooning or Completion of a college diploma program in graphic arts is required
• A portfolio of work is required
