Position Info:
• Position: Tilesetters Supervisor
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $46.00/hr
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week
• Number of Positions: 1
• Work Location: 2786 Lake Breeze Ct, Langford, BC V9B 6L6

Benefits:
• 4% vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Supervise tilesetters and other construction workers assigned to tile installation projects
• Coordinate and schedule daily work activities at various job sites
• Review blueprints, drawings and project specifications to organize installation work
• Prepare progress, productivity and other project-related reports
• Estimate labour, material and equipment requirements for each project
• Order tiles, adhesives, grout, tools, equipment and other required supplies
• Set up and inspect tile-cutting machines, tools and other installation equipment
• Train workers in installation procedures, equipment operation and workplace practices
• Lead and instruct workers on work methods, project sequencing and quality standards
• Ensure all workers follow occupational health and safety regulations
• Recommend personnel actions based on employee performance and operational requirements

Job Requirements:
• Language: English
• Experience: 5 or more years of experience in the trade is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
