Job Summary:
We are seeking an Ivanti Developer to configure, customize, enhance, and support the Ivanti Neurons for ITSM platform. The role translates service-management requirements into workflows, business rules, forms, automation, integrations, dashboards, and service catalog solutions, following ITSM/ITIL best practices. Experience with comparable platforms (ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, ManageEngine) may be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with technical stakeholders to translate requirements into ITSM solutions
• Configure and enhance workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and automation
• Develop/support Service Request, Incident, Change/Release, Knowledge, and Service Catalog modules
• Build and troubleshoot integrations using REST APIs/JSON
• Develop reporting/dashboards using SQL (SSRS preferred)
• Maintain technical documentation (configs, workflow diagrams, release notes)
• Support testing, UAT, deployment, and post-production validation
• Participate in CAB activities and own change requests through closure
• Work within Agile/CI/CD delivery model with two-week sprints
Required Skills and Certification:
• 2+ years hands-on experience with an enterprise ITSM platform
• 2+ years with ServiceNow, BMC, Jira Service Management, or ManageEngine (if not Ivanti)
• 2+ years Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, or DevOps experience
• 2+ years JavaScript, SQL, and REST APIs/JSON
• Strong understanding of ITSM/ITIL processes
Preferred Skills and Certification:
• Hands-on Ivanti ITSM / Ivanti Neurons experience (2 years, highly desired)
• Familiarity with Ivanti object model
• SSRS experience
• ITIL certification
• Experience with low-code platform release/version management
Scheduling:
• Standard Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Interview: Webcam or In-Person
• Must start within 2 weeks
