Scope of Work
Location: Spokane, Washington
Client/Project: Catalinas
Service Focus: PCs, Laptops, Servers, Printers, and Basic Networking Support
We are seeking experienced Field Service Technicians to support on-site service calls. The primary focus will be laptops, PCs, and servers, along with printer servicing and basic network troubleshooting.
Key Responsibilities
*
Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs on laptops, desktop PCs, and servers
*
Service and repair printers (various models)
*
Troubleshoot operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) on workstations and servers
*
Replace components such as hard drives, SSDs, motherboards, RAM, power supplies, keyboards, screens, and server components
*
Perform server hardware installations, replacements, and troubleshooting when required
*
Provide basic networking support and issue resolution
*
Configure and troubleshoot BIOS/UEFI, RAID controllers, and firmware updates
*
Perform imaging, configuration, deployment, and system migrations
*
Maintain documentation for each completed job (including photos, serial numbers, configurations, and service notes)
*
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members
*
Complete 3–5 service calls per day while maintaining high service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications
*
Proven experience in laptop, desktop, server, and printer repair/support (1–2 years preferred)
*
Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience
*
Familiarity with BIOS/UEFI, RAID, system recovery, and virus/malware removal
*
Ability to read and follow service manuals and technical documentation
*
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills
*
Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
*
Must have access to basic toolkits, ESD protection, and a smartphone with internet access

Flat Rate: $50 up to $75–$85 per job (depending on scope and complexity)
