Scope of Work

Location: Billings, Montana
Service Focus: Dell Laptop and Printer Repair

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Field Service Technician to support on-site service calls in the Billings, MT area. The primary focus will be Dell laptop diagnostics, repair, and printer servicing.

Key Responsibilities

Perform hardware diagnostics, upgrades, and repairs on Dell laptops
Troubleshoot and repair printers (various models)
Replace components such as hard drives, SSDs, RAM, motherboards, keyboards, screens, and power supplies
Perform system testing after repairs to ensure full functionality
Follow manufacturer service manuals and technical documentation
Maintain proper documentation for each completed ticket (including notes, serial numbers, and photos when required)
Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers
Complete assigned tickets within agreed timeframes while maintaining high service quality
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in laptop and printer repair (Dell experience preferred)
Strong hardware troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Ability to read and follow service manuals
Good customer service and communication skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Must have basic toolkits and a smartphone with internet access

Pay Rate: $45–$50 per hour
