IT Technical Project Manager Job

IT Technical Project Manager, Pro Innovation, Inc., Tumwater, WA: Responsible for leading the planning, execution and successful delivery of complex technical initiatives that align with managing government clients.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to manage project scope, resources and timelines while ensuring high quality outcome;
• Apply industry-standard and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) framework to implement innovative technology solutions that enhance operational efficiency;
• Lead end-to-end management of IT projects for government clients including defining scope, goals and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT project stakeholders and facilitate collaboration across departments and maintain clear communication channels;
• Provide expert guidance in selecting, deploying, and integrating enterprise IT systems;
• Conduct ongoing risk assessment, implement mitigation strategies and establishes quality assurance protocols to ensure projects met organizational standards;
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and resource allocations while applying industry-standard project management methodologies, Software Development Life cycle Framework and tools to ensure effective project delivery;
• Review comprehensive project documentation including business requirements, workflows, and training materials and deliver executive-level presentations on project outcomes.

Basic pay is $58.83 to $60 per hour for full-time employment.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education: A Bachelor’s degree (U.S. or foreign degree equivalent) in computer science, computer engineering or a closely related field.

Experience: Five years of post-bachelor’s experience in a computer science or computer engineering occupation.

SKILLS/SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:

Experience must include five years of experience with each of the following:

o ONE-LNI user interface (UI) framework;
o WaTech;
o Agile;
o Scrum;
o C#;
o VB.Net;
o Restful Web API;
o Angular;
o MVC;
o HTML5;
o SQL Server;
o Entity Framework;
o SSRS;
o Azure DevOps;

Experience may be gained concurrently.
