IT Systems Manager Job

An IT Systems Manager is needed in Duluth, Georgia.

• Plan, initiate, and manage large-scale information technology projects involving enterprise systems, infrastructure, and software solutions for manufacturing and industrial environments.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements in collaboration with clients, engineering teams, and internal stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and staffing plans to ensure timely, cost-effective, and compliant delivery of IT systems and services.
• Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional technical teams, vendors, and consultants to ensure project milestones and performance requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress, system implementation status, and performance metrics, and take corrective action to address risks, issues, or changes in project scope.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing communications, expectations, issue resolution, and ongoing project reporting.
• Conduct risk management, quality assurance, and compliance activities to ensure IT systems meet technical standards, contractual requirements, and organizational policies.
• Review and evaluate system performance, implementation results, and post-deployment outcomes to ensure alignment with business and operational objectives.
• Prepare and present project status reports, performance analyses, and recommendations to management and clients to support informed decision-making.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology and 5 years of experience in the information technology industry.
