Radaris is seeking a Support Specialist today.
The IT support specialist is responsible for supporting user website experience perspective. You must be able to collaborate with coworkers and see issues through resolution whether it is done through research and troubleshooting or escalating to a partner or a co-worker for assistance.
Primary Duties:
The Support Specialist position is responsible for servicing the technology needs of Radaris’ end users, assisting on IT special projects and supporting the entire technology and security environment.
- Continuous research and testing to discover issues and find resolutions before they affect our customers.
- Manage systems to ensure reliability, performance and security.
- Create and maintain documentation for IT and support systems and procedures.

Job Requirements:
- Two years’ experience in customer support with technology products or services.
- Able to translate business requirements and customer needs into technical capabilities.
- Strong customer service focus with advanced analysis, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate across a group of technical staff, product managers and customers.
- Flexible work hours may occasionally require more than 8 hours per day complete a project.
