Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when necessary.
Maintain IT documentation and support procedures.
Provide guidance and basic training to users on technology and software.
Requirements:
Previous experience in IT support, help desk, or a related technical role.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, computer hardware, and networking fundamentals.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and customer-service skills.
