IT Specialist Job

Key Responsibilities:

1.Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network components, ensuring optimal performance and security.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IT systems, providing timely and effective support to end-users.
3. Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring that all employees adhere to security and compliance guidelines.
4. Monitor and maintain system backups, ensuring the availability and integrity of critical data.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
6.Provide training and guidance to employees on IT-related topics, promoting a culture of digital literacy and security awareness.
7.Stay informed of emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation within the IT infrastructure.

Requirements:

1.A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2.3+ years of experience in IT support, network administration, or a similar role, preferably within the fitness, wellness, or technology industries.
3.Strong technical knowledge and expertise in areas such as hardware, software, networking, and security protocols.
4.Proficiency in various operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, as well as experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
5.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
6.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to provide effective support and training to non-technical stakeholders.
7.Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
