Ensure IT products, processes, and solutions align with business needs, focusing on energy assessment.
Prepare cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support system upgrades and new technologies.
Design, develop, and implement IT solutions to enhance energy assessment services.
Provide strategic advice on IT systems, including policy, management, and service delivery.
Assess security risks related to data, software, and hardware, especially for energy systems.
Create policies and procedures to minimize the impact of security breaches.
Implement policies across the software development lifecycle to ensure system efficiency and security.
Review quality assurance practices for compliance and system reliability.
Operate testing equipment to ensure IT system quality and reliability.
Provide post-sale client support for IT systems.
Execute and document software and system tests to ensure optimal performance.
