IT SPECIALIST Job

Design and build advanced application and websites to launch The One & J, LLC.'s domestic online ordering and reservation system to be used throughout the upcoming franchise locations and to grow online customer base; Ensure app/website performance, quality, and responsiveness through code optimization and debugging of The One & J, LLC's online reservation service; Measure the success of features, content, and events, iterating based on data to optimize performance and drive user satisfaction; Set up computers, servers, network devices, and applications, ensuring they are properly configured and meet company standards; Offer support to employees for IT-related issues, such as software troubleshooting, hardware malfunctions, and network connectivity problems; Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts, manage passwords, and control access levels across company systems, ensuring data security and user compliance; Conduct training sessions to educate employees on using software, protecting data, and following cybersecurity best practices to improve overall IT competency within the company; Partner with internal teams (Marketing, Reservation, IT, Food &Beverage, and New Business/Franchise Department) to ensure the business objectives are met through exceptional user experiences.
